Food with a Story


Melody Miranda grows as much food as she can in her home garden. It’s part of her constant search for a truly sustainable food system, one that has positive environmental impacts. She loves cooking from scratch and believes food tastes best when prepared by people who are excited about it. When she’s not in the kitchen or garden, this California Culinary Academy graduate teaches food education - complete with kale chips - at her daughter’s school.
