Want to know what’s happening out in the field?  Eat here.  Each month the Café hosts a community table event featuring freshly picked produce and locally crafted foodstuffs for guests to purchase and enjoy.  The daily farm-to-market table also offers flavors from the field if you can’t wait that long, or you can take home a CSA* box.


Being a part of the action in the kitchen is easy; choose your own ingredients at the extremely popular Steam Garden station!  Enjoy Maryland asparagus, local curly spinach, baked feta or chipotle tofu.  All eaters find something to their liking here, vegan to carnivore to just plain healthy.


It only makes sense that the café with MSC certification, should also offer just picked herbs and other savories from the rooftop garden, pollinated by the bees in the nearby hive.  Local collaboration can also be tasted in the custom sausages made exclusively for the Café by a local, family owned operation.
