There’s nothing better than just-baked breads and Networks Café bakers do just that. All breads, rolls, pizza dough, breakfast muffins and more (including whole wheat, and gluten free options) are crafted and baked on the premises. A standout feature is the tender to the bite pizza crust made with Caputo brand flour.
If fresh fish is your fancy, grilled to order with innovative flavors or prepared sushi style, look no further. Sustainably sourced from Santa Monica seafood, all fish is trimmed and cut by our certified sushi chef; end pieces are used in house made stocks for a variety of seafood soups.
Throughout the daily changing menu are healthy options, mindfully prepared with zero or no fats, seasonal ingredients, rotisserie meats and vegetables, all showcasing a variety of global cuisines. To quench, a trio of infused waters awaits! Always seasonal, they’re quite enjoyable; try the heirloom tomato-tarragon or the ginger - lemon.
