The Central Cafe

Chef  Brook Tradlener at Central Cafe

serves guests first-thing in the morning at the barista-staffed coffee bar featuring house-made pastries and sweet breads. Come lunch time guests watch the chef hand-toss pizza dough (made in-house daily, of course) and slip it into the wood-fired pizza oven.

 

The grill station serves up meat

and vegetables from local farms

that are cooked-to-order to guests’specifications.

 

Made-to-order sushi happens every Tuesday, when a guest sushi chef visits. Those who love Japanese food can enjoy  the staff chef’s family recipe for Tonkatsu, which has become one of the cafe’s signature dishes.

 

Along with sourcing from local growers, Central Cafe is a 100% compostable restaurant, meaning everything used there is recyclable or compostable. It also uses eco-friendly lighting and

low-flow faucets to align with its

client’s Certified Gold Status.
